The C. H. Evans Brewing Company was founded in Hudson, NY in 1786. It continued brewing until Prohibition in 1920. We are celebrating the founding year by offering a special 3-course meal for $17.86 per person, appetizer, entree and dessert. Usually offered Sunday, Noon – 8pm; Monday & Tuesday, 4pm – 10:00 pm. Our full menu is always available.
With space for cocktail parties of up to 200, and seated parties up to 64, guests can enjoy full service meals, buffets, or cocktail parties with passed hors d’oeuvres in the luxury of our spacious mezzanine. The Albany Pump Station consists of two adjoining buildings. The first building was completed in 1874, the entire structure being completed and put into service in 1895. Total floor space is 13,000 square feet and the roof trusses are 40 feet above the floor.
